want to come check us out in person.  We are the place to be in Franklin, TN for great food, cold beer, wonderful service and awesome live music.  If you're looking for a genuine taste of Texas, you have fond it!  Our meat is dry rubbed with spices and slow cooked in a texas-style smoker.  It's a time-intensive process, and we prepare it for you to crave!  Our smoker is cooking 24 hours a day but we are only here from 11am until the last customer leaves!
